Included on every edit. Most films lock after the second.

Lock date agreed before I start

Written into the quote, and the one date I won’t move.

Footage checked on arrival

Copied, verified and backed up twice the day the drives land.

Weekends off

Messages after Friday 18:00 are answered on Monday morning.

Project files kept for a year

Ask for a re-edit any time in the next twelve months.

How each stage is priced

Mon 09:12: Import 214 clips. Copied from the drives, checked and backed up twice before anything is cut. Runtime 06:12:00.

Mon 14:20: Sync and label. Sound synced, every clip named by scene and take. Runtime 06:12:00.

Tue 10:05: Assembly, 6:40. Everything usable, in order. You only see this one if you ask. Runtime 00:06:40.

Tue 17:30: Rough cut sent. A private review link where you leave notes on the frame. Runtime 00:03:10.

Wed 12:00: Notes, round one. Your notes in, answered and recut the same afternoon. Runtime 00:02:48.

Wed 18:45: Fine cut, 2:20. The second link. Most films lock here. Runtime 00:02:20.

Thu 11:00: Picture lock. No more changes to the edit; colour and sound begin. Runtime 00:02:00.

Thu 15:10: Grade and mix. One look across the film, mixed to −14 LUFS for the web. Runtime 00:02:00.

Thu 16:40: Export 6 files. Masters, cut-downs and captions, checked and sent. Runtime 00:02:00.

Brands, channels and directors. Most of them come back.
